考虑风电接入的直接负荷控制资源优化方法

     

摘要

In twenty⁃first century, new energy power genera⁃tion rises in response to the increasingly serious environmental pollu⁃tion and the ever⁃growing shortage of traditional resources. Power system is confronted with more critical issues as a result of large⁃scale integration of wind power generation. Direct load control (DLC) is an important measure of demand response. As a flexible incentive mechanism, designing rational DLC implementation strategy and op⁃timizing DLC decision are crucial to its successful implementation. A multi⁃objective DLC decision model is proposed in this paper, which mainly covers the construction of the peak avoidance and the uncertainty of wind energy power generation. Both the improvement of load characteristics and user satisfaction are taken into consider⁃ation in this mode and multi⁃objective genetic algorithms are used in model solution. Case simulation is carried out and the comparative analysis on optimized decision results are performed to validate the role played by the DLC decision model in decreasing the peak⁃load.%21世纪以来,环境的恶化问题和传统资源的短缺问题逐渐突出,新能源发电在这一背景下应运而生。其中风力发电在发电市场的占有率逐步提高,大规模风力发电并网给电力系统带来的问题日益严峻。直接负荷控制(direct load control,DLC)是一种非常重要的基于激励的需求响应手段,设计合理的直接负荷控制实施策略及直接负荷控制资源的决策优化是决定直接负荷控制效果的关键因素。设计了风电接入环境下的多目标直接负荷控制资源优化模型,模型中考虑到了负荷曲线特性指标与用户满意度,提出了多目标分种群遗传算法对模型进行求解。算例证明了DLC决策模型在减小系统峰荷方面的作用。
