通过供电公司掌握的既有配变台区运行数据、台区设备数据和用户用电报装情况,判断发生低电压的用户最大范围,帮助供电公司确定台区可能发生低电压的范围,同时对由于负荷接入不平衡导致的三相不平衡原因引起的低电压进行重点分析,提供接入前的等效电流不平衡度试算方法,通过电流不平衡度数值的增减以及对低电压用户范围的变化判断接入点选择是否合理,在接入前能够避免由于人为因素加剧用户低电压情况的发生.%Through the distribution transformer operation da-ta, equipment data, the situation of consumer expanding that power supply company masters, the maximum low-voltage range is judged, which helps the company determine the possible areas of low-volt-age happening and analyze the reasons of three-phase imbalance by imbalanced loads. This paper provides the calculation method of equivalent current unbalance degree before installing. By the chang-es of current imbalance value and low-voltage consumers'range, the junctions is determined whether is reasonable to avoid the occur-rence of low-voltage because of the human factors before junction.
