木制品企业燃煤锅炉电能替代改造

浙江湖州市南浔区是木制品加工基地.木制品生产加工企业遍布整个南浔区,生产企业使用的小型燃煤锅炉存在着一定的安全隐患,同时燃煤锅炉产生的烟尘、二氧化碳严重污染当地空气.湖州供电公司积极推广"煤改电"工程.从年均固定成本、理论效率、安全、环保4个角度分析各类替代方案固定成本,及各类锅炉运行成本,提出电加热导锅炉的技术改造方案,改造后售电量增加减排效果显著.%Nanxun in Zhejiang Huzhou is a base of wood prod?ucts industry.There are all of wood products enterprises in Nanxun using small coal-fired boilers,which have certain security risks and create smoke and carbon dioxide polluting environment. State Grid Huzhou power supply company is working hard on"coal to electrici?ty"project.After the analysis of the average fixed cost,theoretical ef?ficiency, security, environmental protection, this paper offers the technological innovation plan of electrically heated conducting oil boiler,which brings the increasing of electricity sales and significant emission reduction effect.
