一种空调负荷和储能电池的协调控制策略

             

摘要

In order to smooth the micro?grid tie?line power flow fluctuations, a new pre?control method of battery and virtual en?ergy storage was proposed in this paper. Firstly charging redundance was defined to describe the conflict between different units in hybrid energy storage system. Secondly,air condition is regarded as virtual energy storage, and control strategy is adjusted accorading to predic?tion data. This method can smooth tie?line power flow fluctuations and reduce the charging redundance.Finally, a micro?grid with 1000 air conditioners was used as test example, simulation result verified effectiveness of the proposed method.%提出一种针对并网型微网的空调负荷和储能电池的超前控制策略,用于平抑微网联络线功率波动.首先,引入充放电冗余的概念,用于衡量由于混合储能系统不同单元充放电状态不一致导致的多余充放.其次,将空调负荷视作一种虚拟储能,构建混合储能系统,根据混合储能系统预测工作状态,实时调整当前控制策略.该方法可提高混合储能的功率波动调节能力,同时有效减少充放电冗余.最后,采用该策略对含1000台空调的微网系统进行仿真,算例结果证实了本策略的有效性.
