三相四开关并联型有源电力滤波器选择性谐波补偿方法

     

摘要

提出一种三相四开关并联型有源电力滤波器(three-phase four-switch shunt active power filter,TFSAPF)选择性谐波补偿方法.三相四开关结构可以降低系统硬件成本,但相比于传统的三相六开关逆变器,由于主电路中的电力电子器件数量减少,因此更容易出现容量不足问题.因此,本文采用选择性谐波补偿策略,针对系统的重点次谐波进行有选择性的补偿,放弃含量较低的谐波及高次谐波.首先利用选择性谐波检测算法计算参考电流值;通过三相四开关电压空间矢量脉宽调制策略(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)跟踪该参考值;最后通过实验对系统的5次、7次、11次、13次、17次和19次等6k±1次谐波进行有选择性的补偿,证明了该方法的有效性.%In this paper,the selective harmonic compensation method for a kind of three-phase four-switch shunt active filter (TFSAPF for short) is proposed. The TFSAPF structure can reduce hardware cost of the system,but compare to the traditional three-phase inverter,the problem of insufficient capacity is easily occurred due to reduction of the number of power and electronic elements in the main circuit. Therefore,se-lective harmonic compensation strategy is adopted in this paper for selective compensation for the impor-tant sub-harmonic and the harmonic with low contents and ultra harmonic are abandoned. Firstly,the refer-ence current is calculated by the use of selective harmonic detection algorithm and the reference value is tracked through three-phase four-switch voltage space vector pulse width modulation strategy (SVPWM for short). Finally,the selective compensation for 6k±1 harmonics (i.e.,5,7,11,13,17 and 19) of the experi-mental system is performed and the effectiveness of the method is proved.
