小水电接入的变电站母线电压质量分析及治理研究

         

摘要

小水电作为最重要的可再生清洁能源得到了大力发展,但是小水电接入配电网后改变了原有网络的拓扑结构,加之其自身存在的缺陷必将影响配电网的电压质量.本文以陕南某并入小水电群的35kV变电站母线电压为研究对象,分析了小水电机组专线接入变电站后在不同运行方式下对母线电压质量的不良影响,提出了利用并列电抗器补偿及水电机组之间协调运行的解决方法,并对小水电机组不同补偿方式下电压质量进行了对比分析.同时利用PSASP软件建立了该电力系统的仿真模型,对系统及其解决方案进行了仿真研究,结果表明了相应结论及解决措施的正确性和有效性,为接入小水电群的配电网稳定电压质量提供了有益参考.%As the most important renewable clean energy,small hydropower has been greatly developed. After the hydropower is connected to the distribution network,the topology of the original network is changed.In addition,its own defects will inevitably affect the voltage quality of the distribution network.In this paper,the busbar voltage of a 35 kV substation integrated into a group of small hydropower station in southern Shaanxi is taken as the research object.The adverse effects on the voltage quality of the busbar under different operating modes are analyzed after the special line of the small hydropower unit is connected to the substation. The solution to the problem of using shunt reactors to compensate and the coordinated operation between hydropower units is put forward. The voltage quality under different compensation modes is compared and analyzed.At the same time,using PSASP software to establish the simulation model of the power system,the system and its solutions are simulated and the results show that the corresponding conclusions and solutions correctness and effectiveness of access to small hydropower distribution network stability voltage quality provides a useful reference.
