洋山深水港四期自动化码头自动配载理论与实践

         

摘要

针对洋山深水港四期全自动化集装箱码头的情况, 以满足船方要求和码头作业要求为目的, 阐述洋山深水港四期自动化码头的自动配载必要性和优势, 结合其设施设备、堆场分布和业务逻辑, 利用启发式算法、分枝搜索算法和贪心思想开发出了洋山深水港四期自动化码头的自动配载系统.该系统已经上线稳定运行一年多, 配载结果稳定可靠, 能够基本满足现场的生产需求.%In view of the situation of the fully automated container terminal in Yangshan Port Phase IV, the necessity and advantages of automatic stowage of automated terminal are elaborated in order to meet the requirements of ship owners and terminal operation. Combining with its facilities, yard distribution and business logic, the automatic stowage system of the automated terminal in Yangshan Port Phase IV is developed by using heuristic algorithm, branch search algorithm and greedy idea. The system has been running steadily for more than one year and its stowage results are stable and reliable, which can basically meet the production needs of the site.
