沉箱码头后方棱体结构的优化设计及主要施工工艺

             

摘要

常见重力式沉箱结构码头岸边装卸机械的前、后轨道梁分别坐落于码头胸墙和沉箱后方的抛石棱体上,由于胸墙和抛石棱体的后期沉降量不同,在使用期常会发生后轨道梁低于前轨道梁的情况,是重力式码头普遍存在的问题.在唐山港京唐港区25万t级矿石码头工程实践中,通过对沉箱后方减压棱体结构的优化设计,探讨沉箱码头后轨道梁沉降通病的解决方案,并简要说明优化后的减压棱体和倒滤层的主要施工工艺.%In the normal gravity caisson wharf,the front and rear rail girders are located at wharf breast wall and riprap prism in the rear of caisson respectively.Due to the different sedimentation of breast wall and riprap prism at later period,the rear rail girder is lower than the front one in operation,which always happens in gravity wharfs.In 250,000DWT ore terminal project of Jingtang Port Area of Tangshan Port,by optimizing the design of pressure-relief prism in the rear of caisson,the solution to the rear rail girder sedimentation of caisson wharf is discussed.In addition,main construction technologies of the optimized pressure-relief prism and inverted filter are briefly described.
