当前图书馆数字参考服务的瓶颈与革新措施

摘要

This paper analyzed the typical problems in digital reference library service and surmised the bottleneck ones in the development of digital reference service. It studied the aim, value and application process of digital reference library service and pointed out its future trends. In consideration of the service modes, approaches and items of present digital reference library service, it put forward some practical innovation measures to solve the bottleneck problems blocking the digital reference library service development.%针对目前图书馆数字参考服务中存在的典型问题进行分析，归纳了图书馆数字参考服务在发展过程中所面临的瓶颈问题。深入研究图书馆数字参考服务的目的、价值和应用过程，指出了图书馆数字参考服务未来的发展趋势。结合目前图书馆所能够提供的数字参考服务方式、途径及内容，研究切合实际的图书馆数字参考服务革新措施，依次解决目前图书馆数字参考服务发展中所面临的瓶颈问题。
