温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察与护理体会

摘要

目的：观察温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，讲述该病治疗过程中的护理体会。方法：入组腰椎间盘突出症患者60例，按照随机数字表随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例，治疗组患者予温针灸治疗干预，对照组患者予保守治疗，经过3个疗程后判定疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为83.3%，对照组有效率为60.0%，经统计检验P＜0.05。结论：温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于其他保守治疗手段，有进一步推广的价值。在护理方面以防止烫伤为主，积极开展康复指导和健康教育将有利于患者康复。%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation temperature, tells of the disease during the treatment of nursing experience.
