我国民间非营利组织信息披露的现状、问题及对策

摘要

近几年我国民间非营利组织发展迅速，针对非营利组织面临的负面消息，文章认为非营利组织应加强其信息披露，而我国相关法律法规还不健全并且相关者的监督意识不足，因此应该加强非营利组织信息披露的法律监督，提高外部相关者的监督，建立健全信息披露机制，充分披露组织社会使命的完成情况，发挥其公益职能，改善其资金状况与声誉。%In recent years, China's private nonprofit organizations development rapidly, bad news for nonprofits face, this paper argues nonprofits should strengthen its information disclosure, and China's relevant laws and regulations are not perfect and the lack of supervision and awareness of stakeholders .Therefore strengthen legal supervision and information disclosure of nonprofit organizations to improve the external stakeholders oversight, establish and improve the information disclosure mechanism, the full disclosure of the organization's social missions’ completed, the exert its public service functions, to improve its capital position and reputation.
