目的：观察经筋理论治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将103例患者随机分为治疗组(经筋手法+经筋针刺+拔罐)52例和对照组(经络推拿+电针疗法)51例作比较。结果：治疗组总有效率为98.1％，高于对照组的82.2％(P<0.05)；治疗组症候积分的恢复方面也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在神经根型颈椎病的治疗中运用壮医经筋疗法，能更有效的治疗神经根型颈椎病。%Objective: To observe the curative effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with tendon theory. Methods: 103 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group (musclemeridianmanipulation + meridian acupuncture and cupping, 52 cases) and the control (meridian massage and acupuncture therapy) group 51 cases for comparison. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.2%, higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the recovery of symptom score in the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), which was better than that of the control group (). Conclusion: in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, the use of strong and effective treatment, can be more effective treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
