摘要

This article summarizes the cognition in traditional Chinese and Western medicine in blood stasis type "Threatened abortion". It also discusses modern medicine and the different causes of blood stasis diseases,using "activating qi to resolve blood stasis" , "kidney nourishment to resolve blood stasis"、"clearing heat and kidney nourishment to resolve blood stasis""nourish to resolve blood stasis" and "Pure resolve blood stasis" . Lastly, it introduces the curative effect of cooperation in Chinese and Western medicine treatments in blood stasis type of threatened abortion.%文章总结了中西医对于血瘀型先兆流产的认识,并论述了医家对于不同原因导致血瘀证,采用行气活血、补肾活血、清热补肾活血、养血化瘀及单纯活血化瘀,同时介绍了中西医结合治疗血瘀型先兆流产的疗效.
