The distinctive external treatments of Zhuang medicine, which have the advantages like easy to operate, cheap, effective and efficient, are plenty in methods and are able to treat various illnesses. The paper introduces methods and effects of external treatments of Zhuang medicine(including Zhuang meridian therapy, Zhuang cupping therapy, Zhuang medicated thread therapy and Zhuang acupuncture therapy) for hernia lumber disc, a common clinical illness, over the past decade.
