LMPET/PET皮芯复合型纤维纺丝生产技术

             

摘要

在皮层采用了低熔点聚酯(LMPET),芯层为普通聚酯(PET)的皮芯复合纺丝过程中,由于低熔点聚酯的软化点远低于水的沸点,先要在真空转鼓中除去切片中的非结合水,使切片达到一定的结晶度,防止切片黏结,然后真空转鼓逐渐升温并与干燥塔相结合完成对LPET切片的干燥;采用双螺杆挤压机对低熔点聚酯(LMPET)进行熔融输送,可防止低熔点聚酯(LMPET)切片软化黏连造成环结阻料;采用三箱结构的纺丝箱对2种熔体和复合熔体的温度进行控制,纺丝工艺容易调节;选用合适喷丝孔尺寸,保证2种熔体在喷丝头挤出处的熔体黏度尽可能相近,防止流体复合界面迁移与形变,导致黏板或破皮.%Low melting point polyester(LMPET) was used as skin,ordinary polyester(PET) was used as core lay-er for the skin-core composite spinning process, because the softening point of the low melting point polyester is well below the boiling point of water. First need to remove the unbonded water from the chip in the vacuum drum, make the chip reaches a certain degree of crystallinity, prevent the chip from adhesive. Then vacuum drum heats up and combined with a drying tower to complete the drying of LPET chip.The melt conveying of low melting point polyester (LMPET) was carried out by double screw extruder, which can prevent the softening adhesion of low melting point polyester (LMPET). The temperature of two kinds of melt and the composite melt was controlled by the three-spinning beam structure, and the spinning process was easy to control. The melt viscosity of the two kinds of melt was as close as possible to prevent the migration and deformation of the fluid composite interface, which could lead to adhesio or broken skin.
