本试验以已知抗性的51份玉米自交系为材料,研究了苗期接菌条件下可溶性糖含量与田间发病率的关系.结果表明,在15/25℃变温及1%土壤接菌条件下,幼苗可溶性糖含量与田间发病率存在极显著的正相关(r=0.799 4).采用逻辑斯蒂模型分别建立了抗、感自交系可溶性糖含量与田间发病率的一元曲线回归方程:y=12.084 8/[1+exp(6.372 5-0.367 5x)]和y=91.017 0/[1+exp(18.448 8-0.788 8x)],以此建立了以接菌幼苗可溶性糖含量为指标的抗性评价方法,并用于未知抗性种质资源的鉴定.%The relationships between soluble sugar content and disease percentage were analyzed in 51 inbred lines at seedling stage with artificial inoculation.The significant positive correlation(r=0.799 4)was found between the soluble sugar content and disease percentage under the conditions of 15/25℃ and 1% soil bacteria.Using logistic model,regression equations were established as followed:y=12.084 8/[1+exp(6.372 5-0.367 5x)]and y=91.017 0/[1+exp(18.448 8-0.788 8x)],which was used to evaluate the responses of maize inbred lines to head smut resistance.
