一种防止培养基平板被污染和干燥的简易方法

在植物病原菌的常规培养中,经常会遇到杂菌污染和培养基干燥的问题.本文介绍一种简易而有效的解决方法,其要点是利用密封式普通塑料保鲜盒盛放培养基平板,再转移到培养箱中培养.该方法特别适合需要长期培养的测试工作.除了平板培养外,该方法还可用于其他形式的培养,以防止培养皿内试验材料的水分散失和杂菌污染.%Contamination of undesired microbe and drying of medium were often encountered in routine culture of plant pathogen.A simplified and effective method was introduced to resolve the problem.The main point of the method was that the medium plate was placed in a sealed common plastic storage box,and was then cultured in an incubator.The method is suitable especially for the culture operation which will take a long time.Apart from the plate culture,the method might also be used for culture in other forms to prevent moisture loss and contamination.
