中国燃煤电厂脱硫石膏综合利用研究（上）

摘要

本文对中国脱硫石膏产生及综合利用情况进行了说明，研究了中国脱硫石膏主要利用途径，分析得出脱硫石膏综合利用存在的主要问题，最后，提出了促进脱硫石膏综合利用的政策建议，主要包括：从政策上加大对脱硫石膏综合利用的支持力度，合理制定并适时发布脱硫石膏综合利用技术路线，建立脱硫石膏产品技术标准体系，大力推进脱硫石膏综合利用集约经营模式试点等。%This paper describes the production and comprehensive utilization of des-ulphurization by-product gypsum, researches the main way of making use of desulfu-rization gypsum, and analyzes the main problems in the utilization of desulfurization gypsum. This paper ifnally puts forward policy suggestions on promoting the compre-hensive utilization of desulfurization gypsum, mainly including stronger policy support for comprehensive utilization of desulfurization gypsum, timely releasing of reasonable technology route of desulfurization gypsum utilization, establishing technical standard system for desulfurization gypsum products and promoting the pilot mode of intensive management of desulfurization gypsum utilization.
