浅析设备监理在石油石化工程建设中的系统管理作用

摘要

针对一些重要的石油石化工程设备组成复杂、安装难度大等特点，从完善管理过程着手，在形成制造、安装、调试和试运行质量的连续管理的同时，充分利用设备监理在制造过程积累的经验，发挥系统管理特长，增强过程决策的科学性，促进工程建设目标的完成，实现了石油石化工程建设效率的提高。%In light of the complicated structure and difficult installation of some key oil and petrochemical equipment, besides of continuous quality management of manufacturing, installation, commissioning and trial operation, it is necessary to make full use of the equipment supervision experience and develop the advantages of system management for making more scientific process decision, facilitating the engineering construction, and increasing the building efifciency.
