低碳绿色城市新区的规划构建-肇庆新区重点地段城市设计与控制性详细规划探析

Increasing environmental problems make low carbon urban development imperative. Guided by low carbon green development concept, the plan restructures land use and functional layout, sets up green transportation system, builds the planned area into an energetic and competitive district, and promotes low carbon development of Zhaoqing new district.%伴随着城市环境问题的日益突出，低碳城市建设正日益得到重视。肇庆新区重点地段城市设计与控制性详细规划以低碳绿色发展理念为指引，力图通过构建规划结构、进行用地与功能的合理布局和建立绿色交通系统等一系列措施与手法，将规划区打造为新型城市化背景下具有活力、竞争力的低碳绿色城市新区，带动肇庆市的新一轮发展，最终实现经济发展以低碳为方向、市民生活以低碳为理念、政府管理以低碳为蓝图的复合发展目标。
