产业化养老的开发模式与布局探索-以舟山市为例

摘要

Retirement life is becoming a critical social issue with accelerated social aging. Industrialized retirement life is a supplement to traditional family and agency retirement living models. It relieves ifscal pressure of government. With Zhoushan city as an example, the paper analyzes the connotation and character of retirement life, studies four diferent models, and raises senior people facility spatial layout.%随着人口老龄化进程的加快，养老已经成为我国社会各界关注的热点问题，且养老模式也呈现多元化的发展趋势。产业化养老是对传统的社区居家养老和机构养老等老年生活照顾服务进行市场化运作的一种模式，有利于应对我国多层次养老需求的挑战及减轻政府财政压力。研究通过解读产业化养老的内涵与特征，在对舟山市产业化养老进行RMPIB可行性分析的基础上，探索适应其发展条件的4种产业化养老模式，并提出产业化养老设施的空间选址与布局方式，旨在为我国其他地区社会养老模式的创新及产业化养老的发展提供借鉴。
