在新常态背景下,以信息化手段促进轨道都市的建设、提升轨道交通建设项目管理水平已成为当今轨道交通规划管理部门需要重点关注的问题.轨道交通沿线区域范围内的建设活动关系到城市轨道交通建设和运营的安全,具有周期长、难度大和要求高的特点,在其选址、设计和建设各环节,信息化管理是保证项目顺利实施的有效手段之一.文章结合佛山市轨道交通规划三维辅助决策系统建设方案,提出了基于三维仿真技术的新型城市轨道交通信息化建设思路,旨在为规划管理部门提供技术参考.%In the new period, informatization technology have been noticed with its well function on rail transit construction and management improving. Those construct activities in line side space will affect the construction and safe of rail traffic, is a long, difficult, and high require progress, and the informatization management is the one of effective means to site selection, design, and construction works. The paper takes 3D aid decision making system in Foshan rail transit planning as an example, put forwards the construction idea, offers the technical reference to administrative departments.
