以年轻社群为导向的传统社区微更新行动规划研究

摘要

经济新常态下,我国城市建设逐渐转向增存并行的城市经营.社区作为城市治理的基本单元,是城市更新的重要载体.文章以传统产业衰落后的老旧社区为对象,剖析“产业导向”模式的传统社区更新的症结,通过厦门与台北社区营造实践的对比,提出“社群导向”的传统社区微更新的重要价值;以共同体的构建为目标,以年轻社群的聚集为引擎,通过中介者的参与式介入,拓展社群与社区网络,引导社区产业不断生长与发展,探索“社群导向”下传统社区共同缔造的创新模式与微更新的行动规划策略.%In the new economic normality,China's cities are transforming from construction to management.As the basic unit of urban governance,communities are the important carrier of urban renewal.The paper take the old communities after the decline of traditional industries as the object,analyzes the problems of "industry oriented" model.By comparing the practice of Xiamen and Taipei,the paper analyzes the important value of community oriented,takes the community as the target,the young community as the engine,the mediator as the intervening mode,guides the industrial development,explores a community oriented model and micro-renewal strategy.
