石化热力蒸汽管线系统使用的普通隔热管托经常会出现保温层破损、管托移位等现象,导致隔热效果不佳,造成极大的热损失,影响企业的能耗效益。本文通过实验与工程应用相结合,开发出了新型隔热管托,并与BR系列隔热管托的隔热性能及热损失情况进行对比分析和评估,可为企业选择隔热管托提供参考。%Insulated hot support in petrochemical heating steam pipeline system usually exist the phenomenon of pipe bracket damaged and pipe bracket shift, leading to poor heat insulation effect, causing a great deal of heat loss, and affecting the energy efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper, through experiment combined with engineering application, a new type thermal insula-tion pipe bracket was developed , and through comparing and evaluating the BR series thermal insulation pipe bracket of heat in-sulation and heat loss, reference is provided for enterprises to choose insulation pipe bracket.
