DOA及DAO糠醛抽出油用于调合重交道路沥青配伍性的研究

摘要

以糠醛为溶剂抽提脱沥青油DA0，并将抽出油作为沥青调合的软组分。测定了用DOA和拔头重油浆二组分调合以及用脱油沥青DOA，DAO糠醛抽出油和拔头重油浆三组分调合的沥青性质，讨论了软组分加入对沥青配伍性的影响。研究结果表明：以C4溶剂脱沥青工艺生产的DOA，DAO，糠醛抽提工艺生产抽出油和油浆拔头装置生产拔头重油浆等为原料，可以调合出满足GB/T 15180-2000 AH-90重交通道路石油沥青及交通部JTG F40-2004标准的90B级沥青。%Deasphalted oil (DAO) was extracted by furfural, and extract oil was used as soft components of asphalt blending. The properties of blending asphalt were determined by two components blending of DOA and topped heavy slurry, as well as three components blending of DOA, DAO extract oil of furfural extraction and topped heavy slurry. In addition, the impact of soft components on asphalt compatibility was studied. The results show that; DOA produced by C4 solvent deasphalting process, extract oil obtained by DAO furfural extraction and topped heavy slurry from oil slurry topping unit can be used as feedstocks to blend heavy-duty road asphalt which meets the specifications of AH-90 heavy duty paving asphalt of GB/T15180-2000 standard and specifications of 90B asphalt of F40-2004 JTG standard.
