石化工程防渗设计方案分析与选择

     

摘要

通过对石化工程特点的分析和易渗漏部位及原因的现场调查,指出了石化工程的防渗重点,确定了石化工程的防渗设计原则.根据对不同地面防渗层的分析,提出了采用黏土、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、钠基膨润土防水毯防渗层时应注意的问题和适用范围,同时通过对地面抗渗混凝土防渗层、污水池和污水井防渗层的详细计算、分析和经济对比,提出了地面、污水池、污水井、地下管道防渗层的优选方案,并依据达西定律给出了复合防渗层等效渗透系数的计算方法、防渗层的防渗性能等效原则和计算方法.%On the basis of analysis of characteristics of petrochemical projects and field investigation of permeation leaking locations, the key points in permeation preventions are proposed and principles of the design for permeation leaking prevention are identified. Based upon the analysis of different ground impermeable liners, the clay liner, HDPE liner and sodium bentonite waterproof blanket are recommended and precautions in their application are discussed. Through the detailed calculations, analysis and economic comparison of impermeable liners of ground impermeable concrete, waste water pits and waste water wells, the optimal designs of ground impermeable concrete, waste water pits and waste water wells are presented. The calculation method of equivalent permeability coefficient of the composite impermeable liner, the impermeable performance equivalent principles and calculation methods of different impermeable liners are given in accordance with Darcy' s law.
