为满足日益严格的环保要求,在分析NOx生成机理的基础上,融合燃料分级和烟气再循环技术,设计了一种新型低氮燃烧器.在小型试验炉上,对200 kW的低氮燃烧器的燃烧特性进行了研究.试验表明,相同条件下低氮燃烧器产生的NOx远低于常规燃烧器,使烟气中NOx的质量浓度由220 mg/m3降低至79 mg/m3.在大型燃烧炉上对1MW的工业用燃烧器进行了燃烧验证.结果表明,低氮燃烧器燃烧稳定,燃烧特性良好,NOx排放浓度仅为70 mg/m3,燃烧器既能满足工业应用的要求,又能满足国家最严排放标准.%To meet the latest environmental protection standard and on the basis of analyzing the mechanisms of NOx formation,a new type low NOx burner was designed with fuel grading and flue gas recirculation technologies.The combustion characteristics of 200 kW low NOx burner were studied on a small experimental furnace.The test results showed that,under the same conditions,the NOx emission of low NOx burner was much lower than that of conventional burner,which reduces NOx emission from 220 mg/m3 to 79 mg/m3.Moreover,the performance verification of 1 MW industrial burner was carried out on a big experimental furnace.The results showed that the combustion performance of the low NOx burner was stable and NOx emission was only 70 mg/m3,which can not only meet the requirements of commercial application,but also meet the latest emission standards.
