THFS-I硫化型重整预加氢催化剂的首次工业应用

摘要

概述了中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司自主研发的THFS-I硫化型重整预加氢催化剂在中海石油舟山石化有限公司800 kt/a重整预加氢装置上的首次工业应用情况.工业应用结果表明:THFS-I催化剂具有稳定性好和加氢脱硫脱氮活性高的优点,是一种新型、高效处理二次加工石脑油的加氢催化剂.THFS-I催化剂的金属组分活化前就已经是硫化态而无需进行金属硫化,因此,其在活化过程中几乎没有硫化氢产生,减少了催化剂活化过程中硫化氢对设备的腐蚀和环境的污染,开工过程更高效环保.%The first industrial application of THFS-I sulfide-type reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst independent research and development by CenerTech Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co.Ltd.on the 800 000 tons/year reforming pre-hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.Ltd.was summarized.The industrial application results showed that THFS-I had the advantages of strong raw-materials adaptability,good stability and high hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activities.THFS-I was a new and efficient processing of secondary processing naphtha hydrotreating catalyst.Compared with FH-40C,the metal components of THFS-I had been a vulcanized state before the activation without the need for metal sulfide,therefore,it is almost no hydrogen sulfide produced during the activation process,reducing hydrogen sulfide corrosion of equipments and pollution of environments,and the activation process was more efficient and environmentally friendly.
