减二线馏分油生产橡胶增塑剂A0709的工艺研究

摘要

以环烷基SZ36-1 减二线馏分油为原料,通过加氢脱酸-溶剂精制-白土精制组合工艺制备橡胶增塑剂A0709,并对工艺条件进行优化研究.结果表明:SZ36-1 减二线馏分油通过该组合工艺制备橡胶增塑剂A0709 时,产品收率达到74. 1%,芳碳率(CA值)达11. 2%,满足GB/T 33322-2016《橡胶增塑剂 芳香基矿物油》各项指标要求.%The rubber plasticizer A0709 derived from 2nd vacuum distillates of naphthenic base SZ36-1 crude was prepared through hydrogenation deacidification-solvent refining-clay refining combined process,and the process conditions was optimized. The results showed that,2nd vacuum distillates of SZ36-1 crude could be used to produce rubber plasticizer A0709,which could reach the standard of GB/T 33322-2016. Under the optimized process conditions,the product yield could reach up to 74. 1% with the aromatic carbon fraction of 11. 2%.
