The uncertainty of measurement and its computation method are introduced .The measurement uncertainty is analyzed on the cas-ing tension failure test carried out through the 2500T combined load applying system .The combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertain-ty with the coverage factor are analyzed and investigated .And the main factors affecting the uncertainty of measurement are given .%介绍了测量不确定度及其评定方法，并对2500吨复合加载试验系统进行套管拉伸破坏试验的不确定度进行了分析，给出了其合成不确定度及包含因子为2．1时的扩展不确定度，并给出了影响其检测不确定度的最主要因素。
