喇嘛甸油田采出污泥性质及调剖体系研究

     

摘要

针对喇嘛甸油田开发和采出污泥无害化处理实际需求,通过室内测试技术对采出污泥的组分、粒径及矿物组成等进行了分析,并开展了污泥调剖性能及影响因素研究.结果表明:污泥颗粒质量浓度越高,调驱效果越好;污泥聚合物调剖剂作为前置调剖段塞效果最好,聚合物驱中期次之,聚合物驱后期最差;调驱效果随着调剖剂段塞尺寸的增大而增加,但随着调剖剂段塞尺寸增大,采收率增幅逐渐减小.推荐使用污泥质量浓度5 000~50 000 mg/L、聚合物质量浓度400~1 000 mg/L的污泥调剖体系.实验证明,采出污泥颗粒外观极不规则,其在多孔介质内流动阻力大,可以产生较好封堵效果.%In light of the actual requirements of Lamadian Oilfield development and the innoxious treatment of the produced sludge, the compositions, size distribution and mineral compositions of the sludge are analyzed through laboratory testing methods, and furthermore the studies on the profile control performance and influencing factors of the sludge are carried out. The results show that the higher the mass concentration of the sludge particles, the better the controlled and flooded effects of the profile; the results of the prepad profile controlling slug acted by sludge polymer are best, the nest is the polymer flooding at the middle stage; The worse is the flooding in the end; the controlled and flooded effects are enhanced with the sizes of the slug, but for the recovery, the results are on the contrary. The recommended mass concentration of the sludge is from 5 000 to 50 000 mg/L, and that of the polymer is from 400 to 1 000 mg/L as sludge profile controlling system. The experiments prove that thanks to the extremely irregular configuration of the produced sludge sizes, the flow resistance in porous media is greatly large, so the much better plugging effects can be obtained in the end.
