自生气高温泡沫技术

         

摘要

在国内外高温泡沫调驱技术调研基础上,针对稠油油藏难开采、易出砂、汽窜等问题,提出了一种自生气高温泡沫技术.通过室内实验优选出了自生气体系及2种高温起泡剂,确定了2种自生气高温泡沫最佳配方.采用动静结合技术,对自生气高温泡沫配方的降黏效果、阻力系数敏感性、驱油效果等方面进行了系统研究.结果表明2种自生气高温泡沫配方均具有较好的驱油效果.其中配方1的降黏率在95%以上,与原油间界面张力也可达到10-8N/m数量级,总驱油效率为70.1%.实验效果明显,能有效防止汽窜、提高采收率,为自生气高温泡沫技术现场实施提供了可靠依据.%Based on the investigations on high-temperature foam profile-controlling and displacing technology at home and abraod, a new technique-self-generating high-temperature gases foam flooding is proposed, which is focused on the problems of recovery difficulty, easy to sanding, steam channeling and so on for heavy oil reservoirs. A self-generated gas system and two high-temperature gas foaming agents are optimized by laboratory experiments. And furthermore two kinds of optimal formulae of the self-generated and high-temperature gas foams are determined. The systematic studies are engaged in the viscosity reduction, sensitivity of the resistance coefficient, oil displaced effects and on for the formulae of the self-generated and high-temperature gas foams by means of dynamic and static integrating technology. The results show that both of the two agents are very effective in oil displacement efficiency. Among them, Formula-1 ' s viscosity reducing ratio can reach 95% or above, and furthermore its interfacial tension between the agent and oil can be up to 10-8 N / m, the total oil displacement efficiency is 70. 1%. The experimental effects are obvious, the steam channeling can be favorably prevented, the oil recovery can be greatly enhanced. This achievements have provided reliable evidences for the field application of self-generated and high-temperature gas foams.
