用变流量试井技术优化低产液井工作制度

         

摘要

随着大庆外围低渗透及特低渗透油田的不断开发,低产液井逐年增多.低产液井采取连续开采方式在挖掘油井潜力和节能增效2个方面都存在着不合理性.通过对低产液井迸行变流量试井,分析试井数据,可以确定最佳关井时间,同时计算出环空液体总量;根据泵的冲程、冲次、泵径和泵效等,计算对应的生产时间.现场试验表明,变流量试井技术适用于低产液井的工作制度优化.%With the step-by-step developments of the low-permeability and extra low-permeability oilfields outside of Daqing Placanticline, the wells with low-yield liquid have increased year by year. Continuous development of these wells results in the lack of the rationalities in the following two aspects; tapping the potentials of these oil wells; saving energy and increasing efficiency. With the help of the variable flow well test for the above wells and furthermore the obtained data analyses, the optimal time for shutting down the wells can be determined. At the same time, the total liquid volume in the annular space can be calculated; According to the strokes of the pump, pumping speeds, pump radii and efficiencies etc. , the corresponding production times can be figured out. The field test shows that the testing technology of variable flow is suitable for optimizing the working system of the wells with low-yield liquid.
