永冻地层绳索取心钻井无固相冲洗液的研制

         

摘要

针对永冻地层特点和绳索取心钻井对冲洗液性能的要求,通过正交实验方法,优选冲洗液抗低温能力、黏度、失水量、流变性能、护壁性、pH值等性能参数,通过岩样浸泡室内实验和野外试验证明,聚乙烯醇类和植物胶类2种无固相冲洗液在抗低温能力、黏度、失水量、流变性能、护壁性等性能和参数方面,完全能满足永冻复杂地层绳索取心钻井对冲洗液的要求.应用结果表明:冲洗液黏度适中、低温情况下流变性能好,能达到排出岩粉要求,失水量小对永冻复杂地层钻孔护壁作用强,冲洗液整体性能稳定,成本较低,适合推广.%Focused on the characteristic of eternal frost formation and the requirements of rope coring drilling to the properties of rinsing fluids, by means of orthogonal experiment method, the property parameters such as low-temperature/cryogenic resistance, viscosity, fluid loss, rheological properties, wall protecting property, pH value and so on are optimized. According to indoor soak experiments and field test, two kinds of no-solid-phase rinsing fluids are proven to meet the demands of rope coring drilling in complex eternal-frost strata considering the previous properties and parameters. The applied results indicate that if the viscosities of rinsing fluids are in medium, their performances are pretty better in low temperature and can meet the requirements of rock flower discharge; the lower water loss can make strong effects in wall protection for the complex eternal-frost formation. The overall performance of the rinsing fluids are stable, and moreover their costs are lower, so they are suitable to be popularized and generalized.
