五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑的合成和应用

             

摘要

Antimony penta(iso-octyl thioglycollate)was synthesized from antimony pentoxide colloid with addition of 2%~3% of triethanolamine as stabilizer,and iso-octyl thioglycollate at stoichiometric ratio,with xylene as solvent for about 2 h.The pH value of the reaction system was controlled at 6.7. The yield of antimony penta(iso-octyl thioglycollate)was 92%.IR analysis was performed.The thermal stability of the PVC stabilized with this product and its synergism with calcium stearate were investigated and compared with that stabilized with antimony tri(iso-octyl thioglycollate).%以三氧化二锑为原料,首先制得胶态五氧化二锑,进而与巯基乙酸异辛酯反应合成五(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑。以2%~3%的三乙醇胺作胶体的稳定剂,得到胶态的Sb2O5有较好的分散性和稳定性。胶态五氧化三锑与巯基乙酸异辛酯在pH为6~7的环境下,按化学计量比反应2 h,目的产物收率92%。采用红外光谱对目的产物进行表征,并与三(巯基乙酸异辛酯)锑对照研究了目的产物对聚氯乙烯的稳定作用及其与硬脂酸钙的协同作用。
