LLDPE产品晶点产生原因及预防措施

摘要

The main cause of too many fish-eyes existing in LLDPE was found by analyzing the LLDPE process.The preventive measures were eliminating the residual catalyst in powder,optimizing pelletizing operation and improving the recipe of additives.The quality of LLDPE resin was inproved.%对LLDPE装置的工艺生产过程进行了全面分析，找出了产品晶点超标的主要原因。通过采取消除粉末中的残存催化剂、优化造粒操作、改进添加剂配方等3项预防措施，使LLDPE产品质量得到明显提高。
