消防水系统运行后,管网内残留的海水如不能及时排出,不仅容易腐蚀消防管道,结冰后更容易造成管道和阀门堵塞甚至爆裂.本文针对某已建石化工程项目消防水系统的改造为例,应用热力学计算及PIPENET软件对消防水管网进行模拟,验证是否可以增加低点自动排放装置以优化设计方案,从而避免残留消防水结冰对整个管网产生的损害.%Once sea water left in the pipeline cannot be discharged immediately after fire water system put into operation,it is not only easy to corrode the pipeline,but also to freeze that may cause the plugging or burst of the pipeline and valves.The example of upgrading of the firewater system for a petrochemical project in this paper shows that using the thermodynamic calculation and PIPENET software simulation to confirm whether the low-point auto-drain device can be added to optimize the design,so as to avoid the damage of residual fire water freezing on the whole network.
