柔性软管回接管安装工艺在某油气田开发中的应用

摘要

柔性软管回接管将海管平管段回接至平台立管,并替代刚性膨胀弯用于调节海底管道热膨胀,其拥有法兰连接点少、安装路由测量精度要求低、水下工作量少等特点.柔性软管回接管的安装受吊机起吊高度、作业水深、软管重量、软管轴向刚度、软管最小弯曲半径等因素影响.本文通过介绍柔性软管回接管安装工艺在某油气田开发中的应用,希望为此后类似安装作业提供借鉴.%Flexible flowline tie-in is used for connecting the riser with straight pipeline,it can replace the steel spool to obtain the thermal expansion with less flange joints and subsea work and lower metrology accuracy needed than steel spool.The installation of flexible flowline tie-in is affected by crane capacity/water depth/weight of flowline/axial rigidity/ minimum bending radius etc. The application of flexible flowline tie-in installation method in an oil & gas field development is introduced in this article to provide guidance for similar project.
