The mounting temperature of the vertical outdoor heat pipeline is different from the normal operating temperature, the pipeline system expands thermally in operation.Therefore,several technical measures must be taken in the design and construction process to compensate and avoid excessive stress of the pipeline.This article focuses on the reasons and repairs of deformation of the outdoor heat pipeline by stress caused by thermal expansion.%室外垂直安装的热力管道的特点是其安装温度与正常运行温度差别很大,管道系统投入运行后产生明显的热膨胀.因此在设计和施工过程中必须保证对垂直安装的热力管道的热膨胀采取一定的技术措施进行补偿,避免管道产生过大的应力,本文旨在分析室外热力管线在使用过程中热膨胀产生的过大的应力造成管线变形的原因和修复.
