信息化技术在海洋石油工程管理的应用研究

摘要

The development of the offshore oilfield is different from other construction projects with its high risk,big capital, technology-intensive,highly professional features. The goal of petroleum engineering cost management involves cost control,maximizing profitability with maximum utilization of resources. Thanks to the oil industry market and management mechanism,a complete analysis system has not been established in offshore petroleum construction cost analysis. The issues on information technology in offshore project management are discussed in this paper to provide solutions combined with domestic and foreign oil company information technology trends and offshore management features.%海上石油开发以其风险大、投资大、技术密集、专业性强等特点区别于一般建设工程，石油工程造价管理的主要目标是有效控制石油工程造价，在资源最大化的利用中实现效益的最大化。由于石油行业市场和管理机制所限，海上石油工程造价分析目前尚未建立完整的分析体系。本文结合国内外石油企业信息化技术的发展趋势及海上石油工程管理的特点，分析信息化技术在海上石油工程管理建设的现状和存在问题，并在此基础上提出相应的解决方案。
