注汽锅炉节能技术的应用

摘要

This paper studies the technical upgrades of steam injection boiler,which include frequency converter technology,waste heat recovery of flue gas,integrated ash removal in convection section,far infrared furnace wall spraying,convection section revamp and automatic control on redundant air in boiler,to save energy and reduce consumption.%通过对注汽锅炉进行技术改造与研究，利用变频器技术、锅炉烟气余热回收技术、对流段综合清灰技术、远红外炉壁喷涂技术、对流段改造技术及锅炉过剩空气自动控制技术等实现节能降耗的目的。
