变压吸附技术在聚烯烃装置上的应用

摘要

In polyolefin production process, off-gas as a combustion vent exhaust,usually contains 20% ~ 30% of C2 - C6 components. In order to protect the environment,while also reducing production cost ,domestic polyolefin plant recycled the off-gas by pressure swing adsorption technology. This article mainly elaborated the principle, characteristics of pressure swing adsorption technology, and the technological process, operation problems and solution, economic benefits of off-gas recovery plant by pressure swing adsorption technology.%在聚烯烃生产过程中，作为放空燃烧处理的尾气中通常含有20％～30％的非甲烷烃成分。为了保护环境，降低生产成本，国内聚烯烃装置采用变压吸附技术对尾气进行了回收利用。本文阐述了变压吸附技术的原理、特点，介绍了应用变压吸附技术的尾气回收装置的工艺流程、运行中出现的问题、处理方法和经济效益。
