单弯螺杆+PDC钻头钻井技术在却勒103井的应用

摘要

This paper describes the application of the single screw rod with PDC bit in the hole of φ311.15mm in Quele 103 well along with assessment on this technology and costs.The results show that when optimizing drilling parameters single screw rod with PDC bit can improve penetration rate,shorten well completion period and decrease drilling costs,which is helpful for antideviation while fast drilling in this block.%本文阐述了单弯螺杆+PDC钻头钻井技术在直井评价井却勒103井φ311.15mm井眼段的应用情况，并在技术和效益方面对应用情况作了对比评价，认为在优化钻井参数的情况下，单弯螺杆+PDC钻头钻井技术可提高机械钻速，对今后却勒等区块高陡构造防斜打快、缩短钻井周期、降低钻井成本具有一定的借鉴意义。
