剪切流场中分散相液滴形变三维力学模型论证

     

摘要

Aiming at the problem of choosing the deformation model of the disperse phase droplet in shear flow field, which is very important to demulsification, the authentication for the basic droplet deformation model was proposed from the perspective of experimental for the first time.In order to make a further study on the droplet coalescence mechanism in a shear flow, the shear experiment device of the reverse rotating concentric barrels was improved, combined with digital image processing technology. Experimental results show that a three-dimensional mechanical deformation occurred on droplets in the shear flow. Experimental and theoretical studies on the rules of the deformation were implemented and the concept of non-affine degree of the droplet deformation was brought forward. Meanwhile, the surface stress distribution of deformed droplet in the shear flow was simulated and a more accurate description approach for the droplet deformation model was proposed, which set up the foundation for the precise mathematical model studying in the future.%针对乳化液破乳机理研究中剪切流场作用下分散相液滴形变模型选择的问题,通过改进设计内、外桶反向旋转剪切实验装置,并结合数字图像处理技术,从实验的角度率先对液滴变形的基本模型进行验证,实验结果表明,液滴在剪切流场中发生三维力学变形.在此基础上进一步对其变形规律及变形机理进行了一定的实验及理论探讨,提出了液滴形变非仿射度概念.通过对剪切流场中变形液滴表面应力分布进行模拟,提出了更加准确的液滴模型描述方法,为今后精确变形液滴形态数学模型的建立打下基础.
