油罐底板防渗漏设计及应用

The oil tank is one of important equipments for oil storage. The leakage rate of bottom plates takes was the highest proportion in the tank accidents, which is difficult to determine leakage using general inspection and testing methods. Based on an analysis, a technique that could monitor bottom plate leakage in real time was presented. It could reduce the corrosion effectively and improve security, reliability and life. At the same time, it is easy to detect leaks and oil recovery, repair timely, and oil losses and accidents are avoided.%油罐是储存油品的重要设备之一.在油罐渗漏事故中,底板渗漏所占的比例最高,而一般的检测方法往往很难判断渗漏.提出了一种可实时监测油罐底板渗漏的检测法,可有效缓解油罐底板的腐蚀,提高油罐使用安全性、可靠性和整体寿命,同时便于及时发现渗漏和油品的回收,及时进行罐底修补,避免油品损失和事故的发生.
