大型液化天然气储罐拱顶应力分析

         

摘要

针对大型液化天然气储罐拱顶复杂的应力分析问题,在介绍其拱顶结构的基础上,参考HG/T 20517-1992《钢制低压湿式气柜》、GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》以及API 650-2012《钢制焊接石油储罐》标准,完成了在均布载荷与集中载荷共同作用下储罐拱顶应力的理论计算。以40000 m3液化天然气储罐为例,通过对理论计算结果与数值模拟结果的比较,确定了拱顶网壳的危险截面。结果表明,在均布载荷与集中载荷共同作用下,拱顶最外圈环向梁段以及径向梁中靠近拱脚的梁段受力较大,为拱顶网壳的危险截面。%For the complex stress analysis of the vault of large-scale liquefied natural storage tank ,the theoretical calculation of the vault stress of storage tank under the joint action of uni-form load and concentrated load was completed according to HG/T 20517-1992 Steel Low Pres-sure for Wet Gas Holder ,GB 50017-2003 Code for Design of Steel Structures and API 650-2012 Welded Tanks for Oil Storage on the basis of introducing the vault structure of large-scale liquefied natural storage tank .T hen ,taking 40 000 m3 liquefied natural storage tank as an exam-ple ,the dangerous sections of the vault were obtained by the comparison between results of theo-retical calculation and numerical simulation .The result shows that the outermost ring beam and the part of radial beam near the end of vault endure higher stress and are the dangerous sections of the vault under the joint action of uniform load and concentrated load .
