红外热像检测技术在承压设备检验中的应用

摘要

The principle of infrared thermography(IRT)is introduced briefly and the application of IRT in the research of pressure equipment inspection is reviewed.The study statues are ana-lyzed and summarized for on-line comprehensive inspection on ammonia refrigeration pressure pip-ing,pressure equipment’s wall thickness measurement,leakage inspection and monitoring,liq-uid level measurement,insulating layer measurement,thermoelastic infrared detection.Further-more,the factors which affected measurement accuracy are analyzed,and the application prospect of the infrared thermography nondestructive testing technology is discussed.%对红外热成像技术的基本原理及其在承压设备检验中的应用状况进行了介绍，对其在氨制冷压力管道不停机全面检验、承压设备壁厚测量、泄漏检测/监控、液位检测、保温层检测、热弹性红外检测等方面的研究情况进行了总结，对影响测量精度的因素进行了分析，展望了红外热像无损检测技术的应用前景。
