波形膨胀节开裂失效分析

摘要

通过对某开裂失效的波形膨胀节进行材料化学成分、微观组织、硬度和断口形貌特征检验，结合工作情况分析了该波形膨胀节开裂的原因及影响因素。%Through the failure of a cracking of the corrugated expansion j oint of chemical compo-sition,microstructure,hardness and fracture morphology characteristics test were carried out. Combining with the working condition,analysis of the causes of the corrugated tube cracking and its influence factors were made.
