过渡支撑条件下扇环形板应力分析

             

摘要

分别建立了仅有直边支撑和圆弧边支撑的扇环形板模型.运用ANSYS 软件对扇形角为45°和60°时,不同支承竖板厚度的模型进行数值模拟.模拟结果表明,随着支撑竖板厚度的增加,扇环形板应力逐渐降低.相对圆弧边支撑,扇环形板角度对直边支撑的模型应力影响较大.当支撑竖板厚度超过某一数值时,扇环形板应力几乎不再随支撑竖板厚度的增大而减小,可认为进入固支状态.另一方面,当支撑竖板厚度小于某特定数值时,扇环形板应力达到最大值,进入简支状态.分析结果认为,随着支撑竖板厚度的增大,扇环形板依次处于简支、简支与固支之间的过渡支撑和固支状态.通过研究不同支撑竖板厚度时扇环形板的应力,可以为过渡支撑条件下扇环形板的设计提供合理的模型,所得应力分布情况可为不同扇形角条件下扇环形板的应力分析提供参考.%Models were established respectively for annular sector plates with straight support plate on the two straight edges and circular arc support plates on the two annular edges.By using finite element software ANSYS,simulations were conducted to the two support plate models with annular sector angles of 45°and 60°and different support plate thicknesses.T he simulation re-sults show that,the stresses of annular sector plates will be gradually reduced with the increase of the thicknesses of the support plates.By comparison with the models with circular arc support plates,the stresses of the annular sector plates were more sensitive to the model in which straight support plates were attached on.In the simulations,if the thicknesses of the support plates in-creased and got more than a certain value,the stresses on the annular sector will almost not change with the increase of the support plate thicknesses,and then the support state became clamped support.On the other hand,if the thicknesses got less than a certain value,the support state would be simple support.If the thicknesses of the support plates were between these two values,the support state was defined as transitional support,and studies would be helpful for the stress analysis for annular sector plates under transitional support and also be useful for the de-sign of an annular sector plate in many industry fields.
