从节能角度浅析离心泵扩能设计

摘要

对扩能设计中影响离心泵能耗的三个关键因素流量、扬程及效率进行分析,介绍如何分别通过降低流量、扬程及提高效率来实现节能.并结合某改扩建项目中离心泵的扩能设计,通过比较这三个因素对能耗的影响,选出了两个能耗低的扩能设计方案,分别是方案一改造泵上下游系统利旧两台原泵、方案三新增一台大泵单台操作.%This paper analyzes the three key factors affecting the energy consumption of centrifugal pumps including flow rate, head and efficiency. And it introduces how to save energy through reducing the flow rate and head separately and increasing the efficiency. By comparing the impacts of these three factors on energy consumption in a revamped plant, two capacity expansion revamping plans with lower energy consumption are selected. It is verified by practice that both of the plans have achieved good results.
